1. Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, individual consumers have the right to cancel their order for physical monographs within 14 calendar days of receipt without providing a reason.

2. PulseForge 30-Day Extended Quality Guarantee

In addition to statutory rights, PulseForge offers an extended 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all physical publications. If a monograph compendium arrives damaged, contains print defects, or fails to meet your academic standards, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our fulfillment desk at contact@Array citing your invoice reference number.
2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) reference and prepaid return label (for damaged/defective items).
3. Package items securely and send to: PulseForge Fulfillment, 48 Queen Street, Mayfair, London, W1J 5EF, UK.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is inspected at our Mayfair facility, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days directly to the original payment method.
